Ways YOU can Help

Our special programs are a great way to get involved with Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank. We need volunteers and donations for all of our programs, and the variety of programs means there are lots of options for you, your family, your office or your community to jump in and help. Click on the links below to get more information about each program. For volunteering questions, email Tiffaney and for donation and/or program questions, email Michelle.

Power Packs

Provides kid-friendly breakfast, lunch and snack items over the weekend to any child within the Issaquah School District. Power Packs are available at every participating Issaquah School District School. Need help connecting with your child's counselor? Just email Michelle!

Lunch for the Break

Shop at the food bank for kid-friendly breakfast, lunch, and snack items, including fresh, healthy options, during the week-long breaks from school. Our next Lunch for the Break program will be in the 2023-24 school year.

Summer Lunch

Summer food assistance for families in our community over the summer school break. Next program begins June 27, 2024.

Groceries to Go (G2G)

We deliver groceries to more than 150 families in our community every other week. If you are interested in helping to make deliveries to families in need, email Michelle or call 425-392-4123 x104.

Our delivery program relies heavily on the generosity of our community to purchase fresh, nutritious produce to meet families' needs. If you would like to learn more about how your donation makes a difference, contact Bonnie.

Holiday Gifts

Help us ensure that 2,000 children have gifts this holiday season! We are seeking donations of $25 gift cards to the retailers our clients use most: Fred Meyer, Target, and Amazon. You can drop off or mail your gift cards at the food bank, or make a financial donation any time from now through the end of the year and we will purchase gift cards. More info here.

Winter Coat Drive

Once a year, we collect NEW or VERY gently used winter coats for adults and kids. More info here.

We partner with KidVantage to help children 12 and younger have what they need to grow, play, learn, and thrive. KidVantage provides essential care, safety, and health goods for children who are experiencing the stresses of economic insecurity, systemic inequities, or family disruption. Email Robin or call 425-392-4123 x111 for more information.

This program is now entirely managed by the Issaquah Schools Foundation. Get info on the ISF website.
