Ways YOU can Help

Our special programs are a great way to get involved with Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank. We need volunteers and donations for all of our programs, and the variety of programs means there are lots of options for you, your family, your office or your community to jump in and help. Click on the links below to get more information about each program. For volunteering questions, email Lee and for donation and/or program questions, email Erin.

Power Packs:

  • Provides kid-friendly breakfast, lunch and snack items over the weekend to any child within the Issaquah School District.

  • Power Packs are available at every participating Issaquah School District School. Need help connecting with your child's counselor? Just email Michelle!

Lunch For the Break:

  • Summer food assistance for families in our community over the summer school break.

Groceries to Go (G2G):

  • We deliver groceries to more than 150 families in our community every other week. If you are interested in helping to make deliveries to families in need, email Michelle or call 425-392-4123 x104.

  • Our delivery program relies heavily on the generosity of our community to purchase fresh, nutritious produce to meet families' needs. If you would like to learn more about how your donation makes a difference, contact Bonnie.

  • Provides a new backpack filled with new school supplies for kids in the Issaquah School District.

  • Backpacks and supplies are chosen to provide a variety of styles and colors to choose from.

Holiday Gift Program:

  • Help us ensure that 2,000 children have gifts this holiday season! We are seeking donations of $25 gift cards to the retailers our clients use most: Fred Meyer, Target, and Amazon. You can drop off or mail your gift cards at the food bank by November 28, or make a financial donation any time from now through the end of the year and we will purchase gift cards. More info here.

Winter Coat Drive:

  • Once a year, we collect NEW or VERY gently used winter coats for adults and kids. More info here.
