Case Management & Resource Referral

Support, assistance, resources, and more.

The Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank's case management program provides strength-based, trauma-informed assistance to our neighbors. Trained staff and volunteers work with clients to tailor services based on their individual needs. We help navigate the complex web of service providers available in our community in order to meet individual needs and goals.

IFCB aids in providing transportation to and from non-emergency medical appointments, assists with filling out government documents or replacing licenses/IDs, provides access to technology such as cell phones/tablets, makes personal referrals to other service providers, or anything to help meet a client's needs.
