New changes to food distribution guidelines require us to change our Market shopping schedule starting on Monday, September 21, 2026.
What's changing?
Our market will be open every week for shopping on Mondays and Thursdays only.
Tuesday market shopping will no longer be available.
Shoppers may visit the Market once every two weeks, the same frequency we currently offer.
For people who need food assistance outside of their regular Market visits, we will continue to offer Emergency Food Distribution on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12:00–4:00 p.m. This includes a pre-packed produce bag and a box of non-perishable items.
We have also begun the process of creating more spots in our Groceries to Go delivery program for those who cannot consistently and reliably access our market. If you are not able to make it to the Market due to the new schedule, you may be eligible to sign up for our Groceries to Go delivery program. Email grocerydelivery@issaquahfoodbank.org to see if you are eligible.
Need help finding food, transportation, or other community resources? Email our Client Services Team at clientservices@issaquahfoodbank.org. We’re here to help connect you with available resources in our community.
Express Shopping is offered on Thursdays, rather than our normal in-market experience. Our goal is to serve more neighbors, reduce wait times, and improve overall experience for those who need or prefer quick pick-up.
Dry pantry goods will not be offered on Thursdays with express shopping at this time. You’ll still receive fresh food like produce, milk, eggs, and meat—plus the toiletries we’ve been offering, like diapers, wipes, feminine hygiene, and incontinence products. Just like normal market shopping, all of these items will depend on availability.
What to expect on Express Shopping Thursdays:
Sign up on the waitlist at the front door (if needed). Random numbers will still be assigned.
Wait to be called inside—you’ll get a notification as usual.
Check in and fill out a grocery menu with a volunteer.
Wait outside while we pack your groceries—we’ll bring them out and call your number when they’re ready!
