When can I pick up food?

Food Bank Hours

As of September 21, 2026, we have an updated weekly schedule.

We are open every week with the following schedule:

Monday: Open for Market Shopping 1:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday-Wednesday: Closed for shopping, emergency services available from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: Open for Express Shopping 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Friday-Sunday: Closed (no shopping or emergency services available)

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • How often can I shop?

    • Shoppers may visit the Market once every two weeks.

  • What are emergency services?

    • For people who need food assistance outside of their regular Market visits, we offer  Emergency Food Distribution on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12:00–4:00 p.m. This includes a pre-packed produce bag and a box of non-perishable items.

  • What if I can't make it on the days that shopping is offered?

    • We have begun the process of creating more spots in our Groceries to Go delivery program for those who cannot consistently and reliably access our market. If you are not able to make it to the Market due to the new schedule, you may be eligible to sign up for our Groceries to Go delivery program. Email grocerydelivery@issaquahfoodbank.org to see if you are eligible.

Express Shopping Experience

Express Shopping is offered on Thursdays, rather than our normal in-market experience. Our goal is to serve more neighbors, reduce wait times, and improve overall experience for those who need or prefer quick pick-up.

Dry pantry goods will not be offered on Thursdays with express shopping at this time. You’ll still receive fresh food like produce, milk, eggs, and meat—plus the toiletries we’ve been offering, like diapers, wipes, feminine hygiene, and incontinence products. Just like normal market shopping, all of these items will depend on availability.

What to expect on Express Shopping Thursdays:

  1. Sign up on the waitlist at the front door (if needed). Random numbers will still be assigned.

  2. Wait to be called inside—you’ll get a notification as usual.

  3. Check in and fill out a grocery menu with a volunteer.

  4. Wait outside while we pack your groceries—we’ll bring them out and call your number when they’re ready!
