John retired from the corporate world in 2025 after a career in finance leadership roles advising leaders at prominent companies including Starbucks, Microsoft, Nordstrom, REI and Weyerhaeuser. His professional expertise is financial planning and analysis, and his experience includes strategic planning, fundraising, and nonprofit governance
He is a volunteer at the IFCB and is looking forward to contributing his financial and non-profit board experience to serve this incredible organization.
John also serves on the Board of Directors for the King County Sexual Assault Resource Center and is a volunteer in the Lake Washington School District.
John and his wife Catherine live in Sammamish and they have two adult children.
