Eric’s 45-year career as an architect and business leader encompassed a spectrum of planning and design, finance, program and project management, operational improvement, and organization change. He has consulted with both domestic and international healthcare system clients and has spearheaded the development of over $4 billion in hospital and outpatient facility projects.
