Since joining the team in 2017, Bonnie has been thrilled to be a part of the amazing group of people that make the Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank the vital organization that it is in the community. With 30+ years of diverse management experience in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors, she brings a unique mix of experiences and perspectives to help lead the organization to the next level. She is passionate about connecting individuals and organizations with the means to directly impact those who are facing difficult situations to improve their quality of life and create a healthier, more compassionate community. Since food is as essential to human life as the air that we breathe, she believes that no one should ever have to ask for it.
Bonnie enjoys spending time with friends and her kids, kayaking, bicycling, hiking, and taking in the local theater scene.
Her 15 years of experience as a Development Director include working with an adoption agency focused on finding homes for children in the foster care system and also disease research funding. She considers it a privilege to be doing such meaningful work.
